I offer 50-minute face-to-face or Skype/Face time sessions for parents experiencing particular concerns. I can give a parent practical tips and useful strategies to help them manage not only their own anger, frustration or feelings of failure that can be triggered by challenging behaviour of one or more children in the family, but that will also help manage strong and negative feelings in the child.
After an initial parenting coaching session, I offer 30-minute sessions for a particular concern.
